Horrible! Doesn\'t work in his clients
Best interedt. I was the seller, he cared more about what the buyer wanted, than In what we (his clients) needed. Doesn\'t listen. Cares about the bottom line, what goes in his pocket. I would never recommend, especially if you are the seller.

Really cared more about the seller getting what they wanted, he did not work in our best interest. I would not recommend. He gives \"reasons\" as to why you should accept a low offer (such as cash offer) he only cares about the bottom line, not his clients!
