Very Poor

Appraisal was incorrect twice and needed to be returned for revision. Even though the errors were specifically pointed out where the changes were needed, we are now awaiting the third iteration, which is holding up the loan closing. Wasted time and frustration; very poor attention to detail; inefficient and ineffective appraiser!
